In addition to writing about this experience, find a blank page, some colored pencils or crayons, and sketch
the images that come to mind.

- Access the wisdom of your Inner Healer through script-like writing.
- 6. Creating a Wellness Kit
- After completing this exercise, write each item on a slip of paper and place it in a favorite bowl or basket.
